The third quarter of 2022 saw notable trends among the top five mech games on the Android platform in Nigeria. Here’s a closer look at their performance based on data from Sensor Tower.

Robot Game, Transformers Robot by Zego Studio saw its weekly downloads fluctuate throughout the quarter. Starting from around 722 at the end of June, downloads peaked at 2.3K in late July before gradually declining to 601 by the end of September. Active users mirrored this trend, starting at 4K and peaking at approximately 9K in mid-August, before settling down to around 6.7K by the end of September.

War Robots Multiplayer Battles from MY.GAMES B.V. demonstrated a stable performance in weekly downloads, ranging from 577 to a peak of 1.1K at the end of September. Revenue remained modest but showed a slight upward trend, starting at $180 and closing at $146. Active users also saw a steady increase, starting at 2.7K and reaching 4K by the end of the quarter.

Dino Robot Car Transform Games by Game Zee experienced a consistent increase in weekly downloads, starting from 196 in late June and peaking at nearly 2K in mid-September. Active users followed a similar pattern, growing from 224 to 1.5K by the end of September.

Spider Robot: Robot Car Games from Prophecy Games Studios also showed growth in downloads and active users. Downloads started at 442 in late June, peaking at around 1.6K in mid-August, before stabilizing at 745 by the end of September. Active users increased from 1.3K to over 2K during the same period.

Shark Robot Car Transform Game by Centaurus Games saw its weekly downloads start at 439 and peak at 1.1K in early August before declining to around 600 by the end of September. Active users followed an upward trend, starting at 1.1K and reaching approximately 1.9K in early September, before settling at 1.6K by the month’s end.
